Velvet spray for coating desserts. For professional use.
Composition: cocoa butter, volatile gases (E943a, E944, E943b), white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk, E322, vanillin), sunflower oil, food colorings (E160c, E172), E392
Application: before use, shake well, apply a thin layer to the surface from a distance of 15-20 cm.
Store in a dark, cool place, out of reach of children.
