Apricot-flavored fruit paste is a high-quality product designed for professional use in confectionery and baking, as well as perfect for home cooking. Composition
The product is made with natural applesauce, which constitutes a whopping 94.5g per 100g of spread. This puree contains trace amounts of sulfur dioxide (≤ 0.01%). Additionally, the ingredients include white crystalline sugar for a delicate sweetness, apricot flavor to emphasize the fruit’s distinctive flavor, and potassium sorbate, a preservative that ensures a longer shelf life. The E110 food coloring gives the spread its attractive color.

Application
Thermostable apricot paste is recommended primarily for bakery and confectionery products that require high-temperature resistance. It’s ideal for filling cakes, croissants, pastries, doughnuts, cookies, and muffins. It also works well as a flavor layer in cakes, layered cakes, desserts, pancakes, and waffles.
