As a rule, on business days, we deliver to the parcel machine in about 90% of cases within 24 hours (up to 7 days in unforeseen circumstances) after receiving payment, or after receiving an email with a screenshot confirming the payment. If the order is urgent and needed by a specific date, we recommend contacting us in advance to clarify the dispatch time. (On weekends, bank transfers take significantly longer.) Once the order has been shipped, the delivery time depends on the chosen courier. If you need to modify an already placed order, please write to us or call us, provide the order number, and specify your requests. If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 business days, get in touch with us.

When ordering products such as chocolate, cocoa butter, almond flour, and isomalt in large quantities, we by default package them together.
For example: if you order 3 × 400 g of white chocolate, you will receive a single 1200 g package. If you wish to have each pack separately, please contact us in advance.

Please note that the Smartpost parcel machine we use for shipping is located indoors. This ensures that the required storage temperature for food products can be maintained year-round. Unfortunately, we cannot say the same for other parcel machines.
In severe frost and especially in hot weather, using Omniva and DPD parcel machines for shipping food products is not recommended.

Candeebaar is not liable for spoiled goods in the event that a customer, despite extreme weather conditions, still decides to use unsuitable delivery methods. However, as a responsible company, we will always inform the customer about any potential risk. If unforeseen weather changes lead to product damage, we will reimburse the customer’s costs in full.

Delivery IDA VIRU

For the cities (Sillamäe, Voka, Toila, Oru, Jõhvi, Ahtme, Kukruse, Kohtla-Järve, Narva-Jõesuu, Narva) in Ida-Virumaa, free delivery applies for orders of 30€ or more. Delivery is carried out every Thursday from 12:00 to 20:00 to the address you provide, right to your home. We recommend placing your order at least one day before the delivery date. We will agree on the exact delivery time by phone.
For orders less than 30€, the delivery cost is 2.95€.

Pickup (self-collection) at Sillamäe Viru pst 2a is possible. However, as we are not always on site, you must arrange the pickup time with us in advance.
