Ingredients: Powdered sugar, powdered egg whites (albumin), citric acid.
Icing instructions per 100g of product: Add approximately 15-20 ml of water (less at first, then a few drops more if necessary). Beat for approximately 5 minutes until smooth, shiny, and stiff. You can add gel coloring or glycerin (if you want a more flexible icing for contours). Instructions for 1 kg of dry mix: 150-200 ml of water (depending on the desired density).
Simplified conversion: thick (outline): 150 ml medium (filling): 170-180 ml thin (glaze): 190-200 ml After icing, allow to dry.
