Velvet spray for coating desserts. For professional use.
Composition: cocoa butter, volatile gases (E943a, E944, E943b), white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk, E322, vanillin), sunflower oil, food colorings (E170, E120), E476, E392
Application: before use, shake thoroughly, apply a thin layer to the surface from a distance of 15-20cm.
Store in a dark cool place, out of reach of children.
