This 70% dark chocolate is made from a blend of Ecuadorian and Peruvian cocoa. We have united
fruity profile of Peruvian beans with roasted notes of Ecuadorian cocoa arriba balancing acidity and
bitterness. This blend has notes of ripe fruits like pear and fig jam. This is a very practical chocolate that is light.
for use in all confectionery, it is very thin and suitable for glazing.
