Each customer who has bought goods in our store has all legal rights to return the goods within 14 days without giving reasons, however, the customer bears the postage in this case. For our part, we undertake to return the entire amount for the returned goods as soon as possible (no later than 14 days). Also, in the case of a product that is damaged or of poor quality due to our fault, we will accept it back with a full refund. Opened food products are subject to return only if they do not meet the declared qualities.
There may be situations when, when placing an order, defects in goods or a mismatch in the stock balance may be found. In such a situation, we will contact the customer to resolve the issue.
It should be taken into account that the circulation of food products imposes special obligations on persons selling and using these products (possible poisoning or other harm to human health). Upon receipt of the goods, check the integrity of the packaging and the conformity of the goods. Storage of goods takes place in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions indicated on the packaging. If the product is stored in unacceptable conditions, its return is not accepted, and its use for food purposes may be dangerous to human health!
