Easy to use decoration set includes:
25g of pure chocolate;
2x piping bags.
Instructions:
1) Tight up the piping bag and put it into warm water (around 45°C) to fully melt the chocolate.
2)Wipe off any remaining water.
3) Cut the corner of the bag to get a straight round hole of needed size on the tip.
4) Test it, to get a proper writing result.
5) Only then apply on a finished product and let cool down.
6) After finishing, use the second piping bag (included) for pouring the leftovers into, for futher use.
If softer and glossier consistency is needed – try making a ganache (recepie is easy to find online) and apply in a similar manner.
