General Right of Return
Each customer who purchases goods from our store has the legal right to return them within 14 days without giving a reason. However, in this case, the customer is responsible for any postage costs. We commit to refunding the entire amount for the returned goods as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from receiving them. If the product is damaged or of poor quality due to our fault, we will accept it back with a full refund. Opened food products can be returned only if they do not meet the declared qualities.
Possible Defects and Stock Issues
There may be situations where, during order processing, defects in goods or mismatches in our stock balance are discovered. In such cases, we will contact you promptly to find a mutually agreeable solution.
Handling of Food Products
Food products require special handling and storage to ensure safety and quality. Upon receipt of your items, please check the integrity of the packaging and confirm that the goods match your order. Always store the products according to the manufacturer’s instructions indicated on the packaging. If products are stored in unsuitable conditions, a return is not accepted, and consuming these items may pose a health risk.
